Our Process

How We Works

Inquiry & Initial Deal

submit an Inquiry or Letter of Intent (LOI) detailing the product specifications (briquettes, coffee, or other agricultural produce). We respond with our best price offer (FOB/CIF) and stock availability for the initial agreement.

Contract & Payment

We discuss the contract details, ranging from payment methods (such as T/T or L/C), packaging specifications, to the agreed-upon shipping schedule, all formalized within an official Sales Contract.

Production & QC Setup

This process includes Quality Control (QC) sorting, secure packaging, as well as managing the necessary export legality documents (COO, Phytosanitary certificate) and customs clearance permits.

Shipment & Delivery

The execution of goods delivery via sea or air freight. We monitor the container loading process until the issuance of the Bill of Lading (B/L) to ensure the goods arrive at the destination port safely and on time.
